Martino Carillo
Italian Executive Chef, Martino Carillo, brings his passion and inventiveness to the world of FIRE. Initially trained in Italy he took his culinary wizardry to Ibiza fusing classic methods with modern cooking and a commitment to zero-kilometer ethics. Having lived in Ibiza since 2016, Martino has a great respect for the island and its open mindset, where fresh, organic ingredients and new culinary experiences are celebrated. At FIRE he brings his expertise to Mediterranean cooking, adding spontaneity and theatrical artistry to fine dining, through creative presentation, bold unexpected flavors and original talent.
